This filling station had to form part of the adjacent office park that was designed in a colonial style.  BP accepted to deviate from their standard filling station design for the office and shop building.  However, the forecourt canopy was kept to the standard BP design. To limit noise pollution for the adjacent offices, the workshop is situated in the basement and accessed via a ramp behind the building.
